TDS stands for “Total Dissolved Solids,” which refers to the total amount of minerals in your water. TDS measurements are extremely useful indicators of extraction in finished brews, but also have important implications for your source water. The Third Wave Water TDS Meter will give you an accurate TDS reading time and time again.
